Our main products are diesel engine parts, such as link bolts, bearing bolts, fly wheel bolts, cylinder head bolts, shanks, bars, piston pins, rock shafts, and in-out valves, automobile parts, such as tire bolts, various standard fasteners (standards include GB, ANSI, DIN, JIS, and BS), non-standard fasteners, different kinds of stainless fasteners, sets of high strength bolts with large hexagon head and torque type high strength bolts for steel structure. Our products are widely used in diesel engines, automobiles, engineering machinery, railways, petrol-chemical products, electric power, and steel construction.

As a member of China Fastener Association, and China Steel Construction Association, we were granted the ISO9001 international quality system certification by Noway Classification Society DNV in 2001. Our brand "J" was awarded as "Famous Brand" by the Department of Chinese Enterprise Prestige Investigation.

We have advanced equipment, including NC middle and high frequency heaters and forgers, various types of lathes and NC network heating lines. The high strength fasteners are performed by 100% non-damaged detector and hardness separation. The quality of our products is reliable and is much more competitive than other in this field. Our annual output value in 2004 is worth more than USD10,000,000.

In our test center, there are series of test equipment including NC universal testers, impact testers, torsional testers, testers of Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers hardness, non-damaged detectors, hardness separation instruments, spectral analysis instruments, metal microstructure detectors, chemical analysis scales, and universal instrument microscope.
